This recipe is enhanced by a shot of espresso. Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting 36.00 Hands down - the best carrot cake ever. Adapted from the Silver Palate Cookbook. Lemon Layer Cake with Lemon Curd and Lemon Creme Frosting 38.00 Pucker up, buttercup! A lemon cake that's perfectly tart and not too sweet. | Cupcake of the Month Club Who needs fruit baskets when you can send your special someone cupcakes!? For those who sign up for this service, we will deliver 1/2 dozen specially decorated cupcakes every month, either in the middle or at the end, depending upon which holidays fall when. September - fudge with dark chocolate frosting October- pumpkin with caramel cream cheese frosting November - spice with bittersweet chocolate glaze December - fudge with peppermint buttercream frosting January - vanilla bean with vanilla buttercream frosting February - red velvet with white chocolate mousse frostiing March - carrot cake with cream cheese frosting April - lavender buttermillk with honey vanilla frosting May - lemon LuLus For those of us NOT on the academic calendar, we offer an additional 3 months!
